It seems like just yesterday I was posting that Charlie and Zoe were 7 months! But as September comes to a close the twins are yet another month closer to turning 1!
That picture pretty much sums up Zoe and Charlie ~ Zoe is always making silly faces and blowing raspberries while Charlie is always grinning and has the biggest belly laugh I have ever heard!
We don’t have any crawlers yet (thank God, because I am NOT ready for that yet!) but we do have a first tooth. Drum roll please………after one very long and painful night, Charlie cut his first tooth a couple of weeks ago! And it looks like tooth #2 will be popping through soon. Zoe has been drooling like crazy but no teeth yet!
Zoe still has been having issues pooping, and after trying Karo syrup, juice, even baby suppositories we went to the doctor to see what else we could do. Zoe got switched to a different formula, and we are hoping that will make things easier for her. We did get her measurements at the appointment though: 16 lbs 9 oz and 27 inches long! It also was the first time I went out of the house with just one baby; even though a doctor’s appointment wasn’t ideal, it was nice getting to spend some alone time with Zoe!
Charlie and Zoe have been enjoying more “finger food” and so far like pretty much everything that they try! They are both holding their own bottles now, which really is one of my favorite milestones! And are enjoying bath time with each other!
